Sukadev Bretz of Yoga Vidya leads you to the following Yoga exercises (you don't need to know those names - these names are for the experts - you can just practice...) : Surya Namaskar (sun salutation), Sarvangasana (shoulderstand), Matsyasana (fish), Paschimotthansana (forward bend), inclined plane, Bhujangasana (cobra), Garbhasana (child's pose), Ardha Matsyendrasana (spinal twist), Shavasana (final relaxation).
