You practice: Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation), Shirshasana (Headstand), Sarvangasana (Shoulderstand), Halasana (Plough Pose), Matsyasana (Fish), Paschimottanasana (Forward Bend), Bhujangasana (Cobra), Anjaneyasana (Crescent Moon), Ardha Matsyendrasana (Spinal Twist), Shavasana (Relaxation Pose).
